During this module we will work with you to develop a 12-month marketing action plan with projects, how-to instructions, budgets and timelines. The art of strategy is in the implementation. If your organisation has limited internal resources then it is vital that big picture goals are chunked down into bite-sized actions which are easily achieved by the team alongside their 'business as usual' activities. Those actions also need to work within budgetary constraints so outcomes are achieved without adding unnecessary financial pressure to the business.
For companies where digital transformation is key to their business strategy, we offer an in-depth analysis of digital requirements and a program of development over a 12-month period.
EWO Action Plans typically consist of two sections:
- Part 1 – Asset Development: Addresses how your marketing assets such as website, branding design,
brochures and newsletter, need to be developed to deliver your goals.
- Part 2 – Marketing Activities: Proposes specific marketing campaigns to drive business outcomes. This could include activities such as
digital marketing, events, social media and sales support activities.
An initial draft of the plan is reviewed with you to ensure it will practically deliver the desired outcomes, and then refined before final submission. We also review budget and timelines for the major initiatives.
